Famous Jon & Kate plus Eight's stars Kate and Jon Gosselin are ending their 10 years long marriage after lots of speculations and discussions, as monday afternoon documents to initiate a legal split were filed in Pennsylvania. The news is not at all a shock for the fans of the show as they have been watching the long maintained tense relationship of the couple. Jon recently told PEOPLE he wanted a less high-profile life, while Kate appeared to remain committed to her TV career.

When the fifth season of the Gosselins' show premiered May 25, the couple admitted to having problems and not knowing where their relationship was headed. "Parents of multiples have triple the divorce rate," Kate said through tears. "I was thinking we were going to beat that. I don't know if I can say that anymore." Jon has already started hunting of apartment and decided to leave the apartment in Wernersville where he was staying with his wife Kate and their eight children. How sad for the kids.
