FHM magazine declared Megan Fox (Transformers) as the "Sexiest Woman of the Year." According to the magazine, nearly 9 million votes were cast in this year's poll, which is now in it's 14th year.

5. Hayden Panettiere, our favorite cheerleader who needs to save the world in Heroes.
