Mark Ruffalo's Brother was shot

Early Monday morning, 13 Going on 30 star Mark Ruffalo's younger brother Scott was shot in the head. This incidence happened at his Beverly Hills condominium and it was confirmed by PEOPLE. Currently he is admitted in the Los Angeles hospital in a very serious condition. A rep for Mark Ruffalo has not made a statement as it is still an ongoing police investigation. According to sources, the shooting occurred at approximately 1:40 am at the building where Scott Ruffalo lived on North Palm Drive. Police confirmed the shooting, but was not able to find the offender.

Scott Ruffalo, is 39 years old and is a hair dresser by profession and has a California state cosmetology license since 1991. He has worked in salons in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. He is married to Luzelena Ruffalo, and the couple has a stepdaughter, Lucinda. Hope he gets well soon and real convict gets arrested.
