Britney Spears plays a waitress in her new music video

Britney Spears is back in the limelight with her new music video - "Womanizer", were she plays the role of a waitress. Britney was photographed wearing a black wig and red lipstick while filming on Wednesday (24Sep08) at Elevate Lounge, a club located within Takami Sushi & Robata restaurant on the 21st floor of an office building in downtown L.A. She was accompanied by a troupe of dancers, who arrived at the shoot dressed in waiter uniforms including white dress shirts, skinny ties, and black pants or leggings. The singer will continue shooting as confirmed by PEOPLE.

The video is being directed by Joseph Kahn, who also helped Spears' with her Toxic and Stronger promotions. Womanizer is the first single from Spears' upcoming album, Circus. It is expected for release at the end of the month (Sep08). The upcoming album Circus "Womanizer," the first single off Spears' will hit radio soon, says a source, and Spears will start practicing live performances next month. Great Going!
