In the face of megastardom, celebrities all have their ways of keeping some parts of their lives private.
Megan Fox, the smoldering brunette that burst onto the scene with her role in “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen” in 2004 and then in more recent years as Shia Labeouf’s love interest in “Transformers” and then the sequel “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” has definitely felt the heat of the harsh light that is media attention.
As “one of those people who fiercely guards their privacy,” it should come as no surprise that the star has kept her pregnancy by husband Brian Austin Green under wraps as much as possible.
And now, it has been leaked that she already gave birth to her first child, a baby boy—BACK IN SEPTEMBER!
The couple didn’t even confirm rumors of the pregnancy until April. The name of their child is still unknown.
As one of the modern female sex symbols, Fox has had a mixed relationship with the media, partially because the media is prone to distortion and partially because Fox has been quoted saying rather contradictory things.
For their part, the media glamorizes and sexualizes everything she does.
In response, Fox expresses awareness of her role as a sexpot, having been quoted saying, “I’m just really confident sexually, and I think that just kind of oozes from my pores.” On the other hand, she insists that she is “incurably self deprecating.”
Her take on it all?
“I've learned that being a celebrity is like being a sacrificial lamb. At some point, no matter how high the pedestal that they put you on, they're going to tear you down.“
