Seal Did Not Imply Heidi Klum Cheated on Him, Says His Rep

Singer Seal insists his recent comments on estranged wife Heidi Klum have been taken out of context and the supermodel didn't cheat on him. Now his representative has said that Seal did not imply that Klum had cheated on him while they were still married, reported Us magazine.

"Seal would like to clarify that he was not implying his wife was cheating on him while they were together," said the statement. "But rather he was pointing out that they are separated and the divorce is not final so they are legally still married."

Klum, 39, was recently on a family getaway to Sardinia, Italy, where she was spotted getting close to Martin Kristen, her bodyguard.

In the course of a Los Angeles International Airport interview, Seal, 49, told TMZ, in reference to recent photos of Klum and Kirsten: "That's what happens when two people separate, they move on and generally meet other people in their lives."

He also said: "Whilst I didn't expect anything better from him [the bodyguard], I would of thought that Heidi would have shown a little more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were."

Seal and Klum 39, split in January after being married for seven years. She filed for divorce in April.
