Michael Phelps Gets the Gold and the Girl

Swimming superstar Michael Phelps won six medals in London, making him the most decorated Olympian of all time. But he also has other reasons to celebrate. He was identified by several media sites as aspiring model Megan Rossee, 25, from Los Angeles.

The 5-foot-9 Rossee, 25, posted a photo to her Instagram account Sunday of her and the Olympian with their arms intertwined, and Phelps holding his six medals from London.

"Yay Michael," she tweeted alongside the photo.

The Los Angeles-based model hasn't tried to hide her relationship with Phelps. She tweeted at the swimmer Aug. 2, saying, "good luck tonight bear ‘@MichaelPhelps: Last prelim swim complete... 2 big ones tonight... Nap time now...'"

Rossee also accompanied Phelps, 27, to the Olympic Trials in Omaha June 28.

Phelps wrapped his Olympic career Saturday, taking four gold and two silver medals home from London.
