Dixie Chick Emily Robison is now avaliable

For country superstars the Dixie Chicks this summer has been mixture of good and bad. To start with the good news Martie Maguire had given birth to her third child in July and unfortunately the bad news-Martie's band mate and sister Emily Robinson and her husband, singer Charlie Robison, have now divorced.

According to The San Antonio Express-News Emily, 35 and her husband Charlie Robison, 43, secretly filed for divorce in January and the couple were at the Bexar County Courthouse on Wednesday when the separation finally took place. Mostly celebrities creates a hike of their personal matters for popularity, however Emily and Charlie handled the entire matter quietly.

The divorce filing states their marriage had "become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities." Is this the real reason or does the truth still remain undisclosed?  A statement released by Charlie's rep says that the former couple, "remain close friends and their family is the priority and will continue to be."

The separated couple got married in 1999, have three children Gus, 5, and 3 years old twins Julianna Tex and Henry Benjamin. Regarding the custody of their children nothing is revealed yet.
